Sunflower Double-layout - Scrapbooking - August 26 - 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
You will learn to create 3D Flowers from a stamped image on 110 lb. paper. These are easy to do once you do the first couple! All items are pre-stamped and die cut for you to start colouring them with inks. The flowers are sprayed with water and moulded into shape with a stylus. This double-layout is constructed out of cardstock papers. The picture mats will take up to 4 x 6 photos. This class will be three hours long and you will leave with this beautiful one-of-a-kind scrapbook layout. Your extra Sunflowers can be fashioned into other papercrafts, such as cards and home décor items.
SPECIAL - For this class I will provide all of these items for you! (Normally a class kit as follows is required - You will need to bring a basic crafters kit including wet glue that dries clear; double-sided tape; craft mat; stylus with a round tip; small spray bottle with water; inks in orange, yellow, brown and green; (I used Tim Holtz Distress inks in Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed. Peeled Paint, Vintage Photo or Walnut Stain; and Crushed Olive.) and ink daubers.)
All of the photo mats; embellishments including glass beads; paper sunflowers in several sizes (pre-stamped and die cut); leaves (pre-stamped and die-cut); printed saying and 12 x 12 layout paper will be provided plus a storage bag to take everything home.
These sunflowers will be used in a future class, so this is a great introduction to creating them. This would be a good class for a beginner or intermediate crafter who has used ink pads and ink daubers before.
Looking forward to crafting with you. Class size will be a maximum of 10 crafters.
